No Returns for Hygiene Reasons

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that have been delivered in good condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re truly sorry. Please take a clear photo of the product and email it to us at hello@bethemagic.co within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and arrange for a full refund if the product is deemed defective.
